Whipped Cream (sugar free)

At this point in time, and with a timely search of the internet, I believe I have invented the bomb diggity of dessert whipped cream! This simple recipe has room for you to play with it a bit. If you like more banana flavor, just add more banana and if not then vice versa! Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Cool Whipped Banana (Sugar Free)

1 1/2 cup Organic Heavy Whipping cream

1 Large Banana ( 2 small ones will do)

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup (Optional depending on sweet tooth!)

Pour Organic Heavy Whipping Cream into blender. Toss in banana and maple. Run blender at medium speed till whipped cream is thick and fluffy! Viola! That is all there is to it.

The inception of this recipe came from a desire to have dessert without sugar. I initially used just the banana and whipped cream and then put it over a bowl of fresh sliced strawberries and raspberries. That was amazing. The second time I served it was with waffle cone wafer cookies. It was a hit. I think this “Cool Whip” would be amazing on pumpkin pie, as a fruit dip, on ice cream  and  as a spread on dessert breads. Really, as far as I can tell, the options are endless! Cheers to the mother of inventions: Necessity!
