How much food is in my Pak?
Each Wildly Organic Produce Pak contains a variety of year round and seasonal items. We try to make each Pak as well balanced with fruit and vegetables as possible. This means that you are getting around 6-7 different types of fruits and 6-7 different types of vegetable. Many of our items come in multiples and large bunches. Our Paks are not only full but are priced to be competitive with our local markets.
What if I need more than what is in a Weekly Pak?
Well, at this point in time we only have the one pak size to offer. We are looking into larger and smaller paks to be added in the near future. You can, however, order two paks to be delivered to you weekly. So keep a look out for changes coming to our pak options!
How fresh is my produce?
This is one of our favorite questions because we love to tell people about the high quality and freshness of our produce. We purchase from only the best. All our suppliers are certified organic from the USDA and Oregon Tilth. But that's not the best part! Your produce comes from the farm to a warehouse and then directly to us. It is always kept in a controlled environment which ensures the quality and shelf life of your produce. Just think about the fact that the produce delivered to you hasn't sat in the back room of the store only to be displayed in a warm room for the public to pick over, handling and smelling! I don't know about you but the thought of my food being perused by strangers isn't the most comforting thought! All Wildly Organic Produce has to meet our high standards. We set the same produce on our table for our family that you recieve at your door.
What if I dont want something in my weekly Pak?
This is why we provide a subsitution list each week. Not all of the items in your pack can be subsituted so check for the ** to let you know if you can subsitute. You are allowed a maximum of two subsitutions each week. Please email us your subsitutions 48hrs. before your scheduled delivery. Remember, it is up to you to check out each weeks pak and make your subsitutions within the appropriate time.
What if I am not home during my delivery?
You don't have to be present at the time of delivery. We will leave your bin on your front porch or the closest shady spot or any other place you prefer. You just need to leave your bin on your front door step in plain view of our delivery driver. We will take your empty bin with us and replace it with a bin full of delicious organic produce.Your credit card will be charged each week within a 24 hr period either prior too or after your delivery.
What if I need to skip a week because of vacation?
Just let us know your vacation schedule and we will make sure your delivery stops while your are out of town and starts up again automatically when you return. Please give us 48hrs notice before you plan on delaying your deliveries.
Do you deliver in my area?
If you don't see your delivery area posted on our Delivery Routes page, please contact us with your address and we can determine if you will be on a home delivery route or if it is to your advantage to be added to a local Neighborhood Drop Site.
Are there any delivery fees?
The answer to this is a hearty NO! There are no hidden charges just the standard $35 subscription price billed to your card each week. If you were to spend the time to hunt down qualtiy organic produce you would end up spending more than if you simply signed up and let us deliver to your door. No fuss. Just fresh organic produce unlike anything else around!
If you happen to forget to put out your bin on the day of delivery, just make sure to put out both bins on the next week. If you end up getting several bins behind we will email you a reminder before your next delivery. We will need to charge a $6.00 fee for each bin unreturned within a four week period.
